

CREATIVE MANAGEMENT
As part of my current role I oversee a multinational team of creatives working on a variety of well known international brands. This requires a good understanding of people, especially when dealing with different cultural backgrounds, languages and personalities. There is no 'one-way' to oversee the creative team, each creative requires their own consideration when working with them, so it is a fine balance of direction with subtle creative nudges to get the best out of them. Luckily I pick my team well so I know their strengths and weaknesses enough to help them develop their skills and evolve as creatives to generate the best solutions for our clients. Our team has worked together for many years which is a measure of how well we integrate and create together.
